Self-care and wellness remain priorities in The WELL, as we understand that as Black Women entrepreneurs, the stats are not on our side:


Burnout is a shared reality for many of us, Sis. You're not alone in this. 


Do not ignore it. 


Do not push through.


Listen to your mind, body, and spirit. They often tell us what we need, if we're willing to listen. 


Dr. Erica Martin Richards of Johns Hopkins Medicine advises that we safeguard our mental and emotional health with proper self-care, which includes consistent:

  • Movement

  • Nutrition

  • Connection

  • Meditation

  • Limitation
