OUR PILLARS
Community. Collaboration. Confidence. Capital. Celebration.
COMMUNITY
A strong network is crucial for business success. The WELL provides a platform for members to connect, build relationships, and expand their professional networks.
Being part of a community allows members to receive support and guidance from others who understand entrepreneurship's unique challenges and experiences as women of color. Members gain insights, share knowledge, and access resources that contribute to their business and personal development by connecting and learning from one another.
COLLABORATION
The WELL allows for collaboration and partnership among like-minded individuals. Members form business partnerships, joint ventures, or supportive alliances by connecting with fellow entrepreneurs and leaders. Collaborative efforts can lead to innovative ideas, expanded networks, and shared successes.
The connections made within the community can also lead to new opportunities, referrals, mentorship, and access to potential clients or customers.
CONFIDENCE
The WELL creates a courageous space and supportive environment that fosters accountability. Members set goals, share progress updates, and receive peer feedback, which boosts confidence and helps to keep individuals focused and motivated, leading to continuous growth and progress in their entrepreneurial journeys.
The community can serve as a source of inspiration and empowerment, motivating members to push boundaries, pursue their dreams, and create positive change.
CAPITAL
Capital is Queen! The WELL understands that Black women entrepreneurs often lack the access to capital of which our white counterparts are privileged. Therefore, we share resource opportunities and educate members on financial literacy and sustainability.
CELEBRATION
This pillar is critical to success. We often move right on to the next goal without celebrating the progress and wins. So, we are intentional in our efforts to take a beat and celebrate all of this Black Girl Magic happening within The WELL!
